A floating thing with lights, no sound, no emissions I was on the deck of a cruise ship looking out at the city prior to departure, I bnoticed something moving in the sky with lights on it. It moved back and forth I called for my wife, snapped a couple of photos, called for her again than it shot up into the night really fast. It moved around like it was trying to get footing in the sky like it was looking for a specific spot, then it was gone. It was dark except for the lights, a bright one on the bottom and three or four lights around the middle part. I was a bit anxious to get my wife out to see it, but by the time I went in and called her again it left, my wife never saw it.
