Red intermittent light moving in zigzag around buildings near 101 building atea I was waiting for the bus and I saw a light and informed to my little daughter. It was a bright around but that light was a red dancing light in the sky. It was bouncing really fast and it was near the 101 area exactly near the Taipei City Hall station. It lasted approximately 3 mins.
