This event took place in Russia (kurtamish) late 80's, I had to've been 10-12 years old.
Myself and my Father was going to get some drinking water ( In Russia you had to go to a communal underground pump "kolonka".... Russian people will understand lol)
And so.... One winter evening around 7-9pm we were going to get some water, from our house to the pump was no longer the 5 minutes walk, our house was sort of at the bottom of the hill/road, and when you got to the top of the hill, you can see the pump in the distance (about a little more then football field, if I had to guess )
I was pulling the "flyaga" aluminum can behind me. I started running toward the pump, hearing that my Dad was yelling something to me.....however I did not stoped till I reached the pump, only then I had realized what he was trying to tell me..... As I turned toward the road and saw a disappearing, glowing, see through, huge, ball... Vanishing before my eyes.....
My Dad was yelling to me " "J" look, look...." And All I saw was the Sfear disappearing before my eyes from left to right. (Only caught the last half, of disapreance) but it was big, about 10-15' in diameter. Whole thing lasted about 2-3 seconds.
Don't know why I did not notice it before, (when i was running toward the pump) don't recall anything after the fact, this all I remember :(
