Sphere/ball shaped,shiny,metallic, 100 m in diameter, stationary & zoomed off at speed. It was at 10.30 am as I was leaving the roof, I casually looked at the sky, in the direction of University, and suddenly spotted just above, approx 500 meters, under the clouds, a big bright sphere or ball, the size of four commercial airplanes. It was stationary, seemed a big balloon, very shiny, reflecting. It did not rotate. It did not pulse. Then, it zoomed off at incredible speed across the sky towards Luqa. And just disappeared. The whole episode lasted 2 seconds, maybe 2.5. It did not give me time to react. It had a fascinating effect on me, but latent.
