Was heading to Taco Bell about 1am. My sister was driving and I in the passenger seat. The a/c doesn't work so we had the windows down. We are coming to the top of the hill were Taco Bell is (Zephyrhills) and to my right I notice an orange light low in the sky heading right towards us. I yell at my sister asking her if she can see the light. Of course not. Shes blind as a bat trying to drive at night, she cant see it because now it is floating directly over our car. Im hanging out the window looking right at the thing passing right over us slow like a blimp or balloon. But this is no Blimp or balloon. I can see it perfectly. Noiseless. A glowing orange sphere with an hourglass shaped object in the middle. By now I'm hanging out of the car window as it continues floating SW towards Tampa. This was no plane or helicopter. I've worked for Boeing and Sikorsky. I know what an airplane and helicopter are. It made me think of some kind of probe. Weird.
