This ufo is shape-shifting like round, triangle or V shape and looks to be moving very slowly but not sure. Dear Sir/Madam, This may seem to be strange but I spotted this ufo like object hovering over a monument/building video tapped from Eiffel Tower in the year 1898...yes it is 1898 video clip...so its 117yrs old video clip lying there for public view and millions of people watched it and amazingly no one ever found anything unusual about it....
