Resubmission: UFO observed ascending change direction Santiago Chile
The attached video best illustrates everything.
Basically, I was vacationing in Santiago with my cousin, when I noticed a rocket-like light ascend into the sky. At first, I thought it was a rocket but then it became apparent that it was not (I don't think Chile has rockets). The light went vertical, high into the sky and then slowly changed directions. This can be noticed by the star in the image. It appeared the light was returning to its earlier position when I first noticed it. It was uneventful except for the fact that the light ascended, slowly moved and then appeared to come back to its original position in the sky.
Video submitted with this re-submission. Why did it take so long? I had to convert VHS into digital format when I discovered my tapes from that trip. The tapes had been put away in storage.
