MUFON 29495

First I thought I was looking a space shutle entering the atmosphere, then I saw a light with a circle shape staying up on the sky with no movement for 10 o 15 minutes, then the light disapeard and remained a circle as a trace image. I was watching your MUFON cable TV program, and I start remembering when I was + - 19 years old ( today I1m 51) when I was driving in a center street of Santiago of Chile (South America) and suddenly I don1t know why, I look at the sky and saw something similar to a space shuttle, and I thought that the Columbio or other at this year, was entering the atmosphere, because of the smoke that was generating, then I park my car in the street to have a better look and came out of it, with my girlfriend, at this moment we were looking at a rounded white light staying in the sky for aprox. 10 min. with no movement with a size of a 1 meter diameter from our position, many people were looking this, and one of this persons was a LAN airlines pilot that told me that he has never seen this kind of light or object, and the panic start growing on this street, suddenly this strange light disappeared in one second, remaining a smoke or cloud circle as an image, that was the same size of this light.
