Video in mid day slightly overcast - bright disc shape 400KMH.
Videoing classified equipment for a major defense company, assignment to video incoming aircraft for the test at the top of a moutain - observed a bright disk just off course of the aircraft and thought it was an aircraft until it got close enought to recognize.
I have the video on a DVD of the aircraft and the disc incoming for review.
I want to remain annomous due to my work with the defense company.
This was a classified range and no other aircraft were cleared to be in the area during this test.
