1 very bright light with erratic movement I was outside the back of my house letting my dog out to relive itself. I'm at the bottom of a hill so it's normal to look up and when I did ,I saw one extra bright object moving erratically. When I first saw it ,I had no clue so I continued to observe and video it. The object was very very high in the sky and I kept telling myself it's got to be a planet or something, then it would start to move all crazy. It was bright white with another white ring around it.
