{rjl} When observed this object made no sound then landed and an orb came to me. When I first saw the object, I believed it to be a helicopter but realized that there was no sound. It then swirled 3 different ( red,white and blue) color lights around as if to show its UFO shape. It then decinded into the woods about a quarter mile in the woods from me. It then turned into a blue “orb” and slowly came towards me until it was about 20 feet away or less. Meanwhile I was lucky enough to have had my IPad so that I could capture it all on a recorded video.
